StarPro Combat is a Combat Sports Equipment brand that has been serving the sports industry since 1984. With their headquarters in the Netherlands they have been working in various markets around the world including the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, many other parts of Europe, Canada and more. Now they wanted to enter the sports industry of the United States of America and explore the potential. To spread out in the American market and launch their US website they reached out to eCommerceMD for a solution to all their eCommerce concerns.

Mission

Our goal with StarPro Combat was to analyze the current needs of the client and design the implementation path of launching a new US-based eCommerce store along with e-commerce processes and their automation with our eCommerceMD Builder. Apart from website development, eCommerceMD was also hired as a Business Consultant, Digital Business Strategist, a Digital Marketing Vendor.

Implementation Plan

The implementation plan was broken down into 2 phases. Phase 1 targeted the initial launch of the US website with a hard date of 1st July 2022. Phase 2 consisted of multiple 6 weeks sprint cycles to continually learn, strategize, execute and evaluate results. At the end of each sprint cycle, our team created a progress report and planned the targets and deliverables for the next sprint cycle based on that.

Details

During Phase 1 Starprocombat.com was launched using our eCommerceMD eCommerce Builder. The products were sorted, listed and priced. Product descriptions were created and images were optimized by our eCommerceMD team. Accurate size guides were created. Our digital marketing team worked on on-page website optimization for better ranking of the website on search engines. Phase 1 came to an end with the official launch of the StarPro website.

Phase 2 started with the launch of the Starpro Blog. Our eCommerceMD expert teams worked side by side with each other to optimize the on page website content for better customer engagement and experience, along with the off page activity. Images were optimized and SEO strategies were implemented to increase web traffic and engagement, enhance brand visibility and create impressions. During phase 2 StarPro social media handles were launched on various social platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

Despite being a recently launched website StarPro Combat US is growing really fast, creating more than a hundred thousand impressions in the last 3 months, generating engagement, interest and sales from all over the United States of America. StarPro Combat is progressing slowly but steadily with our consistent efforts and engaging customers from the US and other countiers around the world over various social media platforms and thought the main website. 

Future Plans

StarPro Combat as a brand and eCommerceMD as a vendor uncovered a great deal of prospects for the brand in the US Market. Moving forward our team at eCommerceMD plans to continue with the optimization and development of the existing website, along with launching multiple shopping channels for the brand on social platforms as well as move forward with our paid marketing strategies to provide the brand with a spurt of growth and visibility. StarPro Combat has retained eCommerceMD as their eCommerce vendor of choice and we look forward to growing many folds with StarPro Combat in 2023 and beyond.
